Lisa Lane has close to 30 years of experience in Payments and Fintech where her focus has been working directly with merchants and leading teams through transformational change while driving successful business results focused on customer growth and retention. She is dedicated to exceptional client relationships and leading with integrity, communication, and a passion for payments.
Lisa currently leads the NA Account Management team within Visa Acceptance Solutions supporting Digital Partnerships, Insurance, BillPay, Media, Platform Services, Emerging Markets and QSR. Lisa and her team act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that their client’s needs are understood and satisfied. She also helps build strategy for these Enterprise clients that drive improved authorizations, optimized customer experiences as well as reducing fraud and chargebacks.
Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University.
